Anchor Food Professionals: Bridging culinary cultures

In an era where fusion cuisine is making a powerful comeback, Anchor Food Professionals emerges as a pivotal bridge, strengthening culinary exchanges between countries—especially between Vietnam and New Zealand.

Through constant innovation and creative applications of improvements, Anchor Food Professionals is elevating Vietnamese flavors onto the global culinary stage. While embracing innovation, these culinary explorations remain deeply rooted in and respectful of traditional culinary heritage.

Local Cuisine and International Ingredients: Distinct Yet Unified

With an extensive portfolio of high-quality dairy products, Anchor Food Professionals has been creating new flavor journeys, encouraging culinary creativity by combining New Zealand ingredients with Vietnamese cooking traditions.

A significant milestone in this journey was marked by the official visit of New Zealand’s Prime Minister, Christopher Luxon, to the Fonterra Brands Vietnam office on February 28. During this visit, the Prime Minister and his high-level delegation experienced a unique culinary showcase, where traditional Vietnamese dishes were elevated with Anchor’s butter, cream, and cheese. Taking part in the experience himself, the Prime Minister prepared a signature Vietnamese street food dish— Snails with salted egg yolk sauce, using Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream. The seamless blend of premium New Zealand dairy with authentic Vietnamese flavors offered an exciting gastronomic revelation.

This culinary journey has progressively elevated Vietnamese cuisine, with Anchor cream seamlessly integrating into traditional dishes. From the signature snails with salted egg sauce to rich, aromatic curries and creamy sweet Chè Bà Ba, these dairy innovations have expanded the boundaries of local gastronomy. This cross-cultural intersection not only perfects Vietnamese cuisine but also validates Anchor Food Professionals’ long-standing commitment to quality dairy products over the years.

A Commitment to Sustainable Development in Vietnam’s F&B Industry

Since the early 1990s, Anchor Food Professionals (AFP) has been a trusted strategic partner for over 3,500 F&B enterprises nationwide—a testament to their commitment to sustainable development in Vietnam’s F&B industry. Through professional training programs, workshops, and competitions, Anchor Food Professionals pledges to continuously support chefs and pastry makers, enhancing skills and opening diverse culinary exploration opportunities.
