Anchor Food Professionals Is Accompanying Some Talented Chefs In Their Exploration Of The Limitless World Of Global Cuisine

Cooking is an exhilarating adventure. It’s not simply about combining ingredients. There are the opportunities for self-discovery, cultural understanding, and building a profound connection between work and passion for chefs and bakers

That’s the reason why Anchor Food Professionals proudly became one of the ingredient sponsors for the Worldchefs Congress 2024 in Singapore. They wished to contribute to creating a valuable ‘playground’ to help chefs and bakers showcase their talents, learn invaluable knowledge, and explore limitless new culinary frontiers.

Thematic workshops were conducted as part of the Worldchefs Congress 2024.

Anchor Food Professionals Cultivating Culinary Excellence

The journey of culinary creativity requires chefs and bakers to constantly seek out knowledge and skills to enhance and perfect their expertise. With the evolution of the cuisine industry, Worldchefs Congress 2024 can be considered as the most diverse gathering place of new trends, with lots of creatively-inspired presentations, and a variety of world dishes to try, as well as countless new knowledge and technologies that chefs and bakers can pick up and apply to their work.

Sharing the same passion for cuisine, Anchor Food Professionals Vietnam has, through the Whip Up Your Talent competition, found four outstanding chefs and bakers to explore activities at the Worldchefs Congress 2024. Trusted and selected by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies, Anchor Food Professionals is honored to appear at this international culinary event as a strategic ingredient partner and as a ‘comrade’ accompanying chefs and bakers on their journey to compete and create earthly delicacies.

Representatives from Anchor Food Professionals, along with the winners of the Whip Up Your Talent competition, met and engaged with leading chefs in the industry.

Culinary Competitions: Valuable Experiences That Stoke The Passion For Learning With Lots Of Challenging Limits

The Worldchefs Congress 2024 is a dream destination for chefs and bakers worldwide. That’s not only for its grand scale with the presence of over 1,000 renowned culinary experts and the competition between 5,000 contestants from 110 countries, but also for its activities, sharing, discussions, and connections of countless advanced industry ideas, like a world culinary handbook come to life.

As Chef Doi Thi Ngoc Diep, one of four excellent chefs who won the Whip Up Your Talent contest shared: “My efforts were rewarded, and luck smiled on me when I decided to participate in the competition organized by Anchor Food Professionals Vietnam, to have the opportunity to open up a journey to explore Worldchefs Congress 2024 with the wonderful experiences it offered.”

Chef Doi Thi Ngoc Diep, one of the four outstanding chefs, emerged as a winner in the Whip Up Your Talent competition.

Those experiences included taking part in specialized seminars and expanded exchange sessions at the event. They gave participants, like Chef Doi Thi Ngoc Diep, opportunities to expand their relationships and gave them easily access to diverse culinary cultures worldwide. Moreover, the series of recipe demonstrations performed live by talented chefs also helped them learn valuable experience in both technical and professional skills. Notably, chefs and bakers from Vietnam had the opportunity to participate in Anchor Food Professionals’ exhibition at FHA Horeca Expo, which was filled with exciting practical activities.

Specialized seminars and extended exchange sessions at the event gave participants opportunities to develop their relationships and easily access diverse cultures and culinary cultures from around the world. Moreover, the series of recipe demonstrations performed live by talented chefs also helped them learn a lot of valuable experience in both technical and professional skills.

Notably, chefs and bakers from Vietnam also had the opportunity to take part in Anchor Food Professionals’ exhibition at FHA Horeca Expo that was full of attractive practical activities.

Both Worldchefs Congress 2024 and FHA Horeca Expo have brought many experiences, knowledge, and culinary inspiration, contributing significantly to arousing and promoting confidence in chefs and bakers – thereby, adding motivation for them to continuously enhance their skills, and bring Vietnamese cuisine closer and more visible on the world culinary map.

It can be said that the grand scale and professionalism of Worldchefs Congress 2024 and FHA Horeca Expo have brought precious and meaningful learning opportunities to Vietnamese chefs as well as chefs and bakers worldwide.

Anchor Food Professionals Continuing Mission To Accompany The Most Talented Chefs And Bakers

In the coming time, Anchor Food Professionals will continue to accompany the Vietnam Bakery Cup 2024 (and the International Bakery Talent Competition 2024) as a diamond sponsor, with the desire to create the best conditions for the contestants throughout the competition in terms of quality ingredients, contributing to bringing Vietnamese cuisine to a new height. The competition will officially take place from December 11 to December 14, 2024 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center SECC (in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City).

Representatives from Anchor Food Professionals Vietnam enthusiastically participated in the FHA Horeca Expo 2024.
